The temperature is adjusted by a 2mm? Alen key passed through the small hole in the top of the valve there should be a label telling you which way to turn it for hotter and colder.
......My brain cell is waving a flag at me saying that it could be a 2.5mm Alen key or even a long thin screw driver that is required!
