A: Virtually all hoses have female ends so you may haveunscrewed the bush that the hose fits on to if you think that is not the casethen can you send us a photo and we will try and work it out from there. Answered 134 days ago | The doc

A: All shower hoses have female connections Sounds like you may have lost a connector from your shower or it is stuck in the end of your old hose. If you send a photo of the connection I’ll see if we can get the missing part. Answered 165 days ago | The Doc

A: There is nothing to choose between them in terms of quality. However it is more down to appearance. In my opinion the logic hose looks better however when it gets older dirt gets stuck in the grooves where as the plastic hose is wipe clean. Answered 234 days ago | The doc

A: Yes they can on occasions be tight . The only thing I can suggest is pouring a couple of kettles of boiling water over the connection this may expand it just enough to help it release. Answered 427 days ago | The doc

Q: Hi, my electric shower hose has split "not a problem replace it" I hear you say. But my hose has a male push fitting that goes inside the shower head and is locked in place, so, where can I get a replacement?

A: I can’t think of a Mira head that has a male push in connection Perhaps you could send a photo of the problem if you have difficulty attaching it to the ticket you can email it to gt@showerdoc.co.uk Answered 436 days ago | The Doc

Q: Is there a replacement hose for the Mira Advance that is plastic coated. I am fed up cleaning between the coils (we run a guesthouse). I tried a Mira Response hose but the connectors are a slightly different size and also dont slot into the riser rail correctly.

Q: Hiya, we have a really old Mira shower.
The only writing on it says Mira Supreme.
Underneath the unit, a sticker has been stuck on that reads. 9.0 240.
Problem is that our hose has split and is leaking, will this do the job, or is it the other size.
