Used the shower doc previously for my dads redring shower. Now saved us again for my partners mira shower. The forum was such a great tool to get a direction of the problem, and then the help on the phone was a great confirmation of the problem before finally ordering the part. The product was upto the job sure enough, but this website is one of the best thought out sites i have the pleasure to use.
