A: Check that water eaching the inlet elbow is hot enough , if not check supply.
If hot enough then check filters in cartridge are clear.
If above ok then it may need adjustment.
Turn the temp control to fully hot , remove control knob then release screw holding temp hub and remove hub , turn hub to full cold position without turning spindle , refit hub and turn anticlockwise to increase tremp , when you reach your required max temp remove hub and refit in max position.
If temp does not increase then a new cartridge is required which can be ordered online by clicking on this link.

A: 

You will need to slacken off the inlet nuts and slacken back the grub screws (D) on the drawing

This will let you in at the compression fittings.

 

In the first instance I would try a few turns of PTFE tape round the compression rings  (olives) When you re fit the valve try not to over tighten the nuts.
