A: Sorry for the delay in replying
Yes you can use the same plugs if the old ones come out or fall out just replace them
Do not seal the Gap!
The rear of the shower case is sealed and it should be mounted on to a tiled wall there fore therefore any water going down the gap will just come out the bottom
