Shires Thermostatic C2000 - E2000

You may need to try some heat on the valve body to get the cartridge to release.

First try a few kettles of boiling hot water  if that doesn’t work then you can try an electric paint stripper or a gas torch.

The Mixer is a rebadged Gummers

This probably just needs a strip down clean lube and a service kit fitted.

If it looks like the one that you sent the enquiry from thenit is a Sirrus 1850 and probably only needs a strip down clean lube and a sealkit fitted.

If it doesn’t look like this then it is better that you sendus a photo of your shower preferably one with the knobs on and one with theknobs removed, so we can see which cartridge it uses.

I presume you have also checked the hose hasn’t collapsed internally also the inlet filters if you can get to them?

If the hose is OK then the next thing to do is give the valve a strip down clean lube and fit a service kit.
