Iam afraid that these are now all obsolete with no straight forward change over
Thiscould be an option. http://www.showerdoc.com/ZTRITO-TAS2000XTHM-Triton-AS2000XT-Power-Shower---Thermostatic
Yes it may be the transformer.
To check the transformer switch the shower on and check thetransformer for voltage anything less than 11v and it needs replaced.
You can check the voltage either at the transformer or atthe terminal block where the wire comes into the shower.

This is the 24v pump and motor assembly

And the transformer.
Supa jet parts are becoming more and more difficult to obtain and every week another one or two parts become obsolete.
Both statements are correct, however we still have ongoing issues regarding spares for this unit also replacement units are unavailable at the moment.
There should be nothing in the shower that will alter the water temperature.
Are you on a combi boiler?
Hi Jim
Yes the 12v motor is obsolete, the new unit is a direct change over the only difference is it has a 24v motor and a 24v transformer
