I think the pressure relief device has blown.

 

It’s a safety device on the bottom of theheating tank or outlet pipe

 

It is fairly easy to replace however there isusually something that causes it to blow,

often a kink in the hose or the showerhead isblocked, so check this before fitting the new PRD.

A: Check the shower hose is not kinked or collapsed internally and the shower head is clear.
Check that incoming mains stopcock and any is olation valve in the feed to the unit are fully open.
Check that inlet filter in inlet to solenoid valve is clear.
Check with your supplier whether there has been any reduction in supply flow or pressure.
If all above are ok then it is likely to be the flow regulator at fault , replacement can be ordered online by clicking on this link.

A: I would remove the cover and check for any leaks from the pressure switch area ( item 5 )or for melting wires on the TCO thermal cust out sith attached to (item 8) in the shower.
 
Isolate the electricity via the pull cord or switch before toching any wires inside the shower though.
