Disappointing service

Despite your firm identifying our shower valve as a Gummers, your replacement cartridge made the leak much worse. Our plumber worked for 2 hours (after pointing out that your product was missing a spindle) and had to use parts of our old valve mixed with some of your product to stop the leak. He thought that your product had perhaps been defective when it left the factory. A real shame as the rest of your service was impressive.
