Excellent all round product and service, the "how to" video on the website was very good and left no doubt on how to install the mixer cartridge, also pointing out things to watch out for.
When I came to fit the cartridge I felt like I knew exactly what to do. The greatest pleasure was on completing the job the shower worked like new, couldn't ask for better.
