Quality part was despatched quickly. I am a lady who has never changed a shower part, apart from screwing in a new hose, but I fitted it easily thanks to your link demonstrating how to. Although the part I needed was no longer available, an alternative part was suggested on your website which fitted perfectly. Clear photgraphs of the part and advice re: diameter of rail helped also. Altogether a great service.
