New Shower Triton Aspirante (Riviera Sand)

So far we are yet to install the shower as the plumber will be starting next week. In any case I am very happy with Triton and we are all expecting great things when the thing is connected and running.
I have selected Triton for the reliability we have experienced as a family using Triton for the past 30 years.
One criticism of the product is the way it is shown in the image when browsing (not a fault of ShowerDoc as it appears to be an image found on all online shopping websites). The product stands out some way from the wall and the sides are standard white plastic, which is not immediately obvious in the image at all, which is a shame as it detracts from the obviously stylish front. I cannot see why the same coloured plastic could not have been used, or perhaps chrome effect sides as that would compliment it given the use of chrome effect on the front.
I would happily pay extra for this since I know the product is a quality one and will last many years, if previous experience is anything to go by.
As for ShowerDoc I am very impressed with the service. They contacted me immediately when I experienced a technical problem with my credit card and I was able to then use my debit card and so able to take advantage of same day delivery, receiving the product the next morning - very impressive! Furthermore, the sales representative very helpfully explained what the problem was and why it had happened. No other retailer has ever been so prompt in alerting me to a problem and helping me to resolve it so swiflty.
Most notably, the price of the shower was coming in at between £100 and £200 less than other retailers. I was cautious at first to use ShowerDoc thinking that there must be something up with the low price but now will not hesitate to use ShowerDoc again when we renovate the second bathroom in the upcoming year - ShowerDoc has clearly proved it is a reputable company with a first class sales team and thankfully a real address in the UK.
It's great to find a retailer offering quality products and a quality service at a very reasonable price and in some ways it's a shame that I will only ever have to use the company once or twice until perhaps we change the bathrooms again in a decade or so! When I receive a good service I like to reward a company with my continued loyalty but there are so many shower units and bathroom supplies I can do with!
I wish every online shopping experience was as rewarding as this. Best of all if there is a problem with the shower then between ShowerDoc and Triton, with their two year guarantee, I know we'll be looked after.
Needless to say if any one is thinking of buying a new shower I will strongly recommend they use ShowerDoc.
