Having drawn a blank with the "experts" at Triton Towers who assured us we "couldn't possibly" have the part I was actually holding from our faulty 2-year old shower, and who couldn't function without being given a part number (which was missing from the faulty part) the guys at Showerdoc correctly identified the required part from a telephone description, confirmed by a photo, and dispatched the replacement part which arrived by 1st class post the next morning.
This allowed the new tenant to move in on time, not only saving me the full cost of a new shower (which would have been a Mira - no more Triton showers ever again!) but also avoided me losing rental income whilst awaiting on a new shower being installed.
