Having found the problem, via the Q&A of other people's problems, it was easy to solve.Ordered the above part and when delivered, the next day, it was easy to fit.The whole operation from turning off the electric to turning the electric back on took 15 minutes.We now have a fully fuctional shower.I would not like to know how much a plumber would have charged for this part and for fixing it into the shower.
I would use The Shower Doctor again.......if needed.
