This mixing valve is manufactured primarily for use in care homes and similar places. It is also suitable for residential properties. The single leaver control operates the on/off and temperature. This makes it easy for someone with poor grip to use. It is a quality, good looking product. However it would be nice to have the option of a bundled Triton shower head since the use of a different make could invalidate the warranty.
