I wasn't sure whether the part I wanted for my old shower was still available. It looked like it was but ... - I asked on the question and answer helpline and received a prompt response.
The part was ordered and the delivery was quick. The fitting advice on the site was spot on and the job was completed without too much bother - but they were right. The old one is a bit of a bu**er to get out.
