leaking from inlet assembly

hi I have a jade 2 I believe, and have a leak from the inlet assembly it seems to be leaking from the plastic nut at the bottom. very slow drip. kind of like a y piece. I have isolated and used a ptfe and still leaks cannot seem to get the nut to seal. there is a o ring present that looks fine, not sure if I am over tightening and squashing the o ring or if they need to be tight. might be better of replacing the whole unit as I see there cheap, but seems silly just for a weeping plastic nut. are they easy to change the whole unit if I need to go down that road. cheers carl

These are easy to change, and there may be a small crack that opens up when you tighten the nut.
