Decided to go for the cartridge + housing as I had read that to replace the cartridge only was a tricky process. Ordered it 2 pm on the Tuesday and was delivered 9 am the following day! (Well package in plenty of bubble-wrap within the cardboard box.) Had a slight problem removing the faulty valve as the steel screws that were used to fasten it to the wall were badly corroded but once they were extracted it was a simple task to replace the valve, (using brass screws this time). Very impressed with service from The Shower Doctor. This is the first time I've used this company and will certainly use them again when the need arises. Found the web site very easy to use.
