I ordered this to fix a dripping shower. The order process was quick and efficient and I received emails updating me with the order status.
In fact, despatch was so quick I had to delay the courier by a day to be certain I'd be there to collect.
I was a bit surprised at the packing - it came in a small poly bag within a Jiffy bag - so there wasn't much in the way of protection for these plastic parts (especially at the price)!
Nonetheless, it was all there, intact and fitted in a jiffy. And no drips (so far).
