I cannot review the product as unfortunately after almost 2 weeks I have still not received the part I ordered. The parcel cannot be tracked as it was sent via Royal Mail - despite being charged more than Royal Mail costs for despatch.
I have chased the parcel but have been informed I must wait at least 2 weeks before a replacement part will be sent - despite my shower having water pouring out of the base.
