PRD to fix Jade 2

PRD arrived very quickly and, when fitted, has (so far) seemed to fix the problem. Could have done with instructions relevant to the Jade 2 shower. It is difficult to get in and out of the Jade 2 because of where it is situated and I had to email for further information on how to do it. This is Triton's fault, not the Shower Doctor who were very helpful!
