Gotta take valve to Irish Republic (holiday home)
next week.I'm sure it will be ok.Think lightning strike nuked the other one.

Before fitting the new solenoid valve make sure you dont have any leaks from the temperature valve above, this can cause the solenoid valve to over heat and go faulty if water is dripping or leaking on to the coil.
