low pressure

Hi, I have a Triton t300si. It always drops pressure. had water board test water pressure, its good. I took the back off the casing and found the neutral wire from the element terminal connection has discolouring at the spade connection and cable, indicating that the wire is overheating. wondering if anyone would know what could cause this.

Thanks,

Doug

A loose connection is the usual cause of this or,

it may be a faulty element in the heating tank (there are two, three in most 10kw showers) you can check them with a multi meter you should have a reading of around 12>18 ohms.
