Low pressure and cold water light on with no water

The control panel dances through the warm up OK and waits for the On button to be pressed. All OK. When the On button is pressed there is a noise from the remote unit, the light in the bathroom flickers slightly as the heater kicks in ( it usually dims slightly when the shower works) but, the unit has the cold and low pressure lights on with no water. I have looked at the heater operation when the unit does this and there is a spark from the top solenoid as it connects once, plus a bit of noise and that is about it. Some time ago I replaced the whole unit with a new one from yourselves after a previous failure but cant recall the fault from then. I have swapped this solenoid and it is the same issue. The old solenoid could be faulty but will have to check it with my meter. If not the solenoid what could it be? Many thanks, Alan.

The solenoid is part 13 on the diagram, there is only one. The sparking will be coming from the relays on the PCB , this is normal. There should be no dimming of bathroom lights etc.
I think you have a faulty solenoid. Or a blocked inlet filter.
