This question is regarding Triton T300si Remote - Shower Spares

no hot water

Hello this is what ive checked so far solenoid coil reading 3.4 continuity tco good.the can is reading 11.6 and 10.5 found top microswitch and bottom micro switch burnt out and melted. does the can have to be earthed because I found the Earth wire not connected I have connected it now see picture.would this cause the two switches to melt and burnout? Thanks kevin

Burnt out parts are usually due to connections being loose, an unconnected earth would not cause this.
