Triton T30i Electric Handwash 7kw

I replaced my Triton T30i 7kw with a new one as the old one only heated the water to luke warm. After 3 months the new one has developed exactly the same problem but the guarantee does not apply as I bought the unit in the UK and installed it in France. This sounds to me like a manufacturing/quality control problem at Triton.
