Water leak

Hi, When the shower is running water is leaking from the top of the stabiliser valve assembly well I think it is coming from there, can this be replaced and is it easy to fit?

Yes the stabilizer valve often leaks from the top

It is fairly straight forward to replace  however there no specific instructions.
