I was originally going to buy a spare part for my old shower from the site until I read the FAQ for my unit and found out that the Triton T80Z was an easy replacement. The new shower made sense as the old one was 10+ years old. I ordered online and the new shower was with me next day..... Overall an excellent service, the information on the site is extremely useful when choosing showers and the prices are very competitive. A happy customer.
