triton t90si

i have the above shower and it was not heating the water .i checked the elements with a multimeter and they have 11 and 14 ohms .i know the tco is faulty as there is not continuity across it.i noticed one of the pressure mircoswiches were not fully releasing so i pressed them in a few times . now i have no working shower? could it be as easy as one of these swiches not working.i would appreciate if you can get back to me as soon as possible

best regards patrick

I think you may have a faulty Thermal Cut Out

A faulty TCO will have no continuity across the two terminals (The black thing on top of the heating tank)

Therefore a good TCO will have power at both connections and a faulty TCO will have power at only one.

(The function of the TCO is, if the water over heats it cuts the power off to the elements)

See Video.
