Water temperature has dropped

Hi, I appreciate any help you can give. Triton T90si - water temperature has dropped and dial needs to be put at 9 or 10 (previously 3 or 4) to get warm water but then the pressure is terrible. I have checked the solenoid, tco, elements with a multimeter and all seem fine. I then noticed that when the shower was on there is no power getting to one of the elements from the micro-switch. How do I check this please?

I would normally suspect a faulty element.

However if there is no power getting to one of the elementsas you suggest it sounds like a faulty micro switch.

Basically if there is powergetting to the micro switch and not coming from the switch when it is supposedto be in the on position then the switch is faulty
