Water flowing even after turning off shower

Hi,

Our shower keeps letting the water flow after turning off the shower,

does anyone know why this is, and what needs to be done to fix it?

The solenoid valve has failed in open position and needs to be replaced, it can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
