How to remove thermostatic cartridge from casing

I have a dart 2 shower and need to replace thermostatic Cartridge. I have a spare Dart 2 shower which I was going to remove the thermostatic cartridge and replace it into my shower. How to I remove the new cartridge from the casing of new shower?

Turn off the hot and cold supplies to the shower. You need to remove the handles, they are held on with grub screws, then you will see a large nut which needs to be removed. Then the cartridge just pulls out.
