Had a temperature control issue with the shower. Sent Shower Doc an e-mail and had a response the following advising on the type of shower I had and possible causes. Went for a new one-rings first but this didn't fix the problem. Tested the thermostat and found this wasn't working so ordered this part.
Outcome, best the shower has worked in a long time. Excellent support! Ordering and delivery well communicated with option to change delivery address when reminder is sent!
