pump failing to start

Good evening I hope you can help me. We have recently fitted an oso unvented water tank and I understand it has some sort of diaphragm built in. The problem I am having is that the tank will run a bath until the diaphragms deflate at which point there is not enough cold flow from our 50 gallon tank to fire the pump up and replenish the oso tank. Is there any solution to this problem? Ps we feed hot water tank from storage tank as we have really low mains water pressure.

I think you need a negative head/ universal pump or perhapseven a “Home Boost” pump connected directly to the mains

However this is really the installers problem I would becareful about carrying out any alterations to the system without firstconsulting the installer or manufacturer
