MB1122 Thermostatic Cartridge

What size Socket/Box Spanner do I require to remove this valve from the shower bar? Many thanks

Many thanks for your prompt reply. I was unable to use pump pliers due to limited access but found that a half inch BSW socket was the size. I managed to file this little used socket to enable it to locate onto the the thermostatic valve which is recessed on this type of shower bar. Valve now changed and working as new. Once again, many thanks.

A 23-24mm socket should do the job.
