Aqualisa Energy 8.5 shower. re: Aqualisa Outlet Pipe (PRD) - Long 482804

Hi. The PRD on my unit has 'blown' and water is pouring out of the back. Should I replace it? If so ,would this part fit? Mine is approx 10cm, not 11 as yours states. (The shower is only 20 months old but was fitted before I moved in and I don't have the receipt) Would you suggest replacing the PRD before replacing the whole shower? There is no apparent blockage. You need to find out which shower you have in order to fit the correct PRD. It is cheeper to replace this than a new shower. Also, you may have a blocked head or hose on the shower which caused it to blow.
