This question is regarding Gainsborough 9.5 kW Replacement Shower Engine - 900503

Compatible with AquaLisa Qartz 9.5

I have two questions as the solenoid valve seems to have failed on my shower. 1) Is there a chance to replace the valve only or do I need to replace the engine? 2) The product number on the currently installed engine is 42284. Is this model compatible with it? Thanks a lot for your help!

If the above is your shower ,then you will need a new engine.

is for the Gainsborough Stanza 9.5

42284 is not a product number on our system.
