This question is regarding Aqualisa Aquarian Backplate - 214001

Aqualisa backplate - Hyrdomax thermostatic

I have a leak from the bottom left of the backplate at the wall and from the bottom left screw of the cartridge. This is a new cartidge I just replaced. Could you give me an idea whether I would also need to replace the backplate ir any further advice would be appreciated

Check your existing back plate carefully, It may have cracked round about the screw/s this can occasionally happen when you change the cartridge, the back plate plastic hardens with time and becomes Brittle
