This question is regarding Aqualisa Aquarian Thermostatic Cartridge (Black/Red) - 214004

thermostatic cartridge replacement

Is this the correct replacement cartridge for an Aqualisa Aquarian model E9901T?



I am experiencing a reduction in flow rate approximately 10 seconds after starting the shower. If I turn off briefly, then restart the flow rate is good again for a few seconds and then it drops dramatically again.



I am assuming it is a cartidge problem .. is this likely?

Hi

 

I am presuming that the flow rate problem is not happening at any of the other appliances in the house.

If that is the case then you will need a new cartridge.

 

Sorry I don’t follow your model number however there are only two the earlier unit has the one piece front cover and the later has the split cover.
