This question is regarding Aqualisa Thermostatic Cartridge with Gasket (Black/Grey) - 022807

Aqualisa Cartridge

Without removing the cartridge how do I tell which "grey" cartridge I need ? This is an existing shower installed before we moved in. The supporting vertical bar that holds the shower head is also broken and missing fixings to hold it securely. Pictures attached Thanks

As you see from the above, the front bezel is colour and this indicates the type of cartridge it is.

No pictures where attached.
