This question is regarding Aqualisa Aquastream Thermostatic Microswitch/Rectifier Loom Assembly

AQUALISA AQUASTREAM NOT TURNING OGG

I HAVE THE SHOWER UNIT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. WITH THE SHOWER TURNED OFF THE PUMP (I ASSUME) CONTINIES TO RUN EVENTHOUGH THE WATER FLOW STOPS. BEFORE I COMPLETE MY ORDER WILL REPLACING THE LOOM RECTIFY THE PROBLEM ? I HOPE YOU CAN HELP THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Replacing the loom may solve part of the problem, as the fault could have occurred due to a leaking cartridge.
