This question is regarding Aqualisa Aquastream Shower Pump Assembly - 241303

Aqualisa Aquastream (post 2003)

There is no power in the flow of water, the shower still works but the water only seems to be coming out at mains pressure, can you advise if it is likely to be the pump?

Yes most likley that the motor and pump unit has failed, however before ordering a new motor and pump assembly just check that you are getting power from the transformer 12V
