Aqualisa Aquastream loss of pressure

After a few mins of running, the flow begins to pulse, the sound from inside the shower starts to whirr as if there was air inside, and the result is a total loss of flow while the pump still running.

Tiny drops of water appear at the head everytime the unit makes the pulsing sound.

The pump has been replaced so its not that.

Any ideas??

Many thanks

There sounds to be a lack of water getting to the shower, you will need to check the supplies.
