aqualisa aquastream shower is leaking water below the unit

dears i did not get an email receipt reply at your end so send this again. i may have disappeared into the ether. our aqualisa aquastream power shower (the complete white model) is dripping water below the unit. the leak is not heavy. its a good shower brand and we have had it for ~ 20 years. it may be that a gasket of some order has perished due to the heavy clay water in london??? that's only a guess because the casing has not been removed as do not want to break the plastic plugs that are at the bottom of the unit. we have had to use it to keep cool during the hot weather despite the leak, and the shower is now also making a horrid noise when it it switched on as if metal is rubbing against metal. we live in london and wish to know the cost of an on-site repair? please feel free to call to discuss as i look forward to your reply thanks in anticipation patricia 07816 91 91 71

Your shower is just between two models so I will leave you both links

The leak is probably caused by the cartridge which can be replaced on the newer model.

The noise is from the motor and pump unit which can also be replaced however paying for both parts will put you well on your way to buying a new unit the links are on the right hand side of the pages.
