replacement part

I recently purchased part 16 from you. It is broken - one of the plastic clips inside has snapped. The on-off switch inside does not connect and although water comes through the system, the boost does not work and therefore there is no power to the shower. I would be grateful if you could advise me why the on-off switch does not connect and send another part 16 as the broken plastic clip means that the part cannot be fitted securely.

One of the clips broken on part 16 should not affect the performance of the shower, as part 16 connects to the drive assembly (part 17) which in turn activates the reed switch (part 5) which activates the motor etc. The shower not working is more likely caused by a faulty reed switch or pcb ( providing that you have power to the shower from the transformer.)
