aqualisa aquastream

hi my shower is working but the power shower does not. can you help ?

Could be a faulty transformer or a faulty motor and pump unit, however most likely one of the switches on the loom, check that water has not been dripping on to them from the cartridge above, if this happens it shorts out the switches.
