Aqualisa aquastream Leak

Good morning I have an aquastream that when you switch it on it leaks where part 10 (hose outlet) joins onto part 3. What part is most likely to be at fault in your opinion? I know it can only be best guess as you can't see it. Best regards Lapley Group Ltd

These leaks are usually caused by part 10 being cracked .
