Aqualisa power shower - Lukewarm water

Water only coming out lukewarm, even though fully on hot.

Any suggestions?

See if you can get a hold of the hot pipe as it goes into the shower if it is hot then you need a new cartridge for the shower if it is not hot then you have a problem elsewhere
