This question is regarding Aqualisa Aquastream - Thermostatic (post 2003) - Shower Spares

no cold flow

My friend has an issue with their Aqualisa Aquastream shower. There is no flow when the temperature control goes towards the cold setting. Loads of hot pressure. Is this going to be an airlock or the thermostat cartridge?

Check that the cold supply is good to the unit . If ok then you need a new cartridge which can be ordered online by clicking on the link below.
