Problem

We have the Aqualisa Aquastream Ref: Part No 243801. It works fine except when turning off after a shower, it continues pumping out water and the only way to stop it is by turning off by the main electricity supply. Look forward to hearing your advice. Thank you.

Most likely the cartridge is leaking it is dripping down on to the switches in the loom assembly and shorting them out.
